This guide should help explain a bit about how we work and kickstart our relationship. If you have any questions along the way email Jason.
Open communication is the key to a successful project. We use a couple tools to help with this.
Basecamp is where we share files and have discussions. We post meeting agendas and summaries there. It is a better alternative to email because everything is easily viewable and searchable by the whole team and not locked away in someone's inbox.
We use Trello for managing todos and action items. If something needs to get done by someone on our team, it's in Trello. We won't expect you to work in Trello, but we're happy to give you access if you're into it.
We work normal business hours of 9am to 5pm Central Time, Monday through Friday. Like you, we have lives and families outside of work that we want to spend time with so we limit night and weekend work to the absolute minimum. If you think you'll need our attention outside of normal hours be sure to give us as much heads up as possible so we can try to accomodate.
(If your site is down, we'll of course do our best to bring it back up. We won't leave you hanging.)
This is optional, but if you give us access to your analytics it will give us more insight into your site and perhaps develop theories on how we can increase your traffic and revenue.
