This guide should help explain a bit about how we work and kickstart our relationship. If you have any questions along the way email Jason.
The best way to reach us is to email email@example.com any time you need us, for questions, issues or specific requests. Each email creates a ticket in our Service Desk and notifies our friendly, dedicated maintenance team who will jump in to help out.

We send regular status updates that summarize our work and quarterly checkups to make sure we're keeping the bigger picture in mind.
We work normal business hours of 9am to 5pm Central Time, Monday through Friday. Like you, we have lives and families outside of work that we want to spend time with so we limit night and weekend work to the absolute minimum. If you think you'll need our attention outside of normal hours be sure to give us as much heads up as possible so we can try to accommodate.
(If your site is down, we'll of course do our best to bring it back up. We won't leave you hanging.)

Create accounts in our Service Desk
If you'd like to view your open tickets online, go to support.surprisehighway.com and create an account in our online portal.
Send us your login info
In order to take care of your site we will need usernames and passwords for a few things:

Add us to your Google Analytics
This is optional, but if you give us access to your analytics it will give us more insight into your site and perhaps develop theories on how we can increase your traffic and revenue.
To add a new user:
We will email you twice a month with useful tips and follow ups.
